I used to play on the blue server but I am not able to log in to the silver server. My account let's me log in to the gold server as a new player, but in the silver server it says "invalid username or password" Please help me

I used to play in the blue server and am trying to start playing again. I logged in to the gold server and I don't have any of my old pokemon or items. Is there any way I can get them back?
