Ok I will check that route out, also should I catch more pokemon their or just focus on leveling up my 2 current pokemon?

Hey guys, I just started this game yesterday, so i'm new. (I understand how this game works though, having played the official pokemon games before) So as the title suggests what is the best way to grind xp? it's kind of hard for me as I am used to the exp share. Also, it's worth noting I'm only in viridian city so basically what i'm asking is: Are there any good grinding spots before viridian city? Also where do I get a bike? I hope you guys can help me!(and sorry for the kind of long post btw)
