It ain't fair sometimes when the server full and you cant play a game you ejnoy

I have a 64 bit i downloaded it and extract it and stuff. But when to go to play this game I get this response "Failed to initialize Direct3D. Make sure you have at least DirectX 9.0c installed, have drivers for your graphics card and have not disabled 3D acceleration in display settings. InitializeEngineGraphics failed'' Anyone know anything about this?
