I still need help, my Dewgong is still water type.

Appearently I tried to re-download the client and it's still just water type. What should I do?

Hello. I was training a Seel for Fortree city gym however when it evolved into Dewgong, it didn't get Ice type and Dewgong registered on my Pokedex as Water type.
