Below is a guide to defeat the Elite Four and the Kanto League Champion Lance.
I personally prefer training or getting a gyarados. Gyarados is a very strong Pokemon that has multiple ways of sweeping opposing teams. Gengar also is a another viable option to help you with your struggles at Indigo Plateau.
If you go the training route I recommend Leveling these Pokemon in victory road and keeping them at there pre-evolution states until they are higher levels around the 80. This will allow them to level faster and and make your time grinding these Pokemon easier.
Now if you want to acquire these Pokemon via trade, the link below will be to the Forum Trade Hub. There you can create a thread for wanting to buy Pokemon for the elite 4 or borrow via lending service.

You have in game map and game tells where are you at top right corner as well (I hope you not trolling and you are new to Pokémon). Etc Victory Road is cave that leads to Indigo Plateau.
ohh okay. i understand. so just training and training until i boost level up all my pokemons to level 100 ?

Just train. I beat with 3 Pokémon from second time: Charizard 85, Roserade 85, Poliwrath 88 and first attempt was with Charizard 80, Roserade 80, Poliwrath 82. So it matters of training.

Hello. This is a game to evolve\ training Pokémon the fact you asking someone to lent a Pokémon will take out some objectives and all the fun from the challenges. But is possible after you get the 4th gym by trade. So my real question before you even post here did you try to buy a trash lvl 100 at the Trade chat? Trash Pokemon's are very cheap.
