Can't open client: "Screen: DX11 could not switch resolution"

It didnt work, already tried that help please -
I downloaded the game in a Windows 7 Pro 64x, and when i launch the game it freezes and send this error : I tried the compatibility troubleshoot, i looked up the screen resolution and run as administrator. Please help i really like this game :C
