So, ive beat all the regions beside sinnoh, and am doing the sinnoh quest, as i was heading to new mauville, i noticed team magma/aqua were blocking the bridge on rt 119A right next to the weather institute, and because i am on the opposite side of them, i cannot enter the institute to redo that quest, and east of lilycove, i cannot surf to the route on the right because that is blocked too, i am only allowed to go from rt 119A to lilycove, everything else is off limits for me, but i can leave the region via boat in lilycove, ive beat the story already but for some reason i think it reset?im not sure, is their a way to fix this?
