I think you have to wait for 1 week for the Garald NPC to reset, then talk to the Garald NPC and fight him Nope, i think only for this quest they reset Gereld as yu reset the quest

know what problem solved I reseted the task couple times and now i fought the GARALD guy again and its cool

i started off with different task and defeated garald along than took the task to defeat Garald and turned it back in but she says i didn't beat him well i have but idk y she not understand
