[New to PRO, how to figure out movesets for each Pokemon?]

Since the movesets vary by generation, I'm not sure which to follow to figure out when my Pokemon learns which move. I tried searching for a guide on the forums but there's too many search results with "moveset" so thought I'd ask here!

I have a question about exp gain though and I can't find anything on the forum about it.

 

If you get level up faster keeping the Pokémon unevolved then it makes sense to evolve when it's really high, right? Or is there some downside to this? E.g. My bulbasaur on lv 14 if I turn it to venusaur on 60 will it be equally strong in base stats as a venusaur at 60 that evolved on lvl 32?

I believe the Pokemon's stats are recalculated as if it started from level 1, so you won't lose any stats by evolving late.

So your Venosaur at level 60 will have the exact same stats whether it was evolved at level 32 or 60.
