Through googling I knew there is one place I can buy the super rod, but the NPC who sells me the super rod is not the scientist-like NPC in the video I've googled but the boy. The boy said he's gonna sell me the super rod paying $75000, but he said I can not buy it since I am not a PRO member. Is PRO member means the membership? Does it mean I should require a PRO membership thus I can buy the super rod?
