You're missing the concept completely.
You literally want this game to suit you and you only.
What part of your statements give a general benefit to anyone other than yourself, or your friends that also have no accumulated enough hours to obtain Darkrai?
If you "rush" and complete your dex as "quick as possible" like you said you want to do, what do you have to do post-game?
If you've completed everything in the "400 hours" like you stated, what's left for you? Nothing.
So you leave.
So will everyone else if it's that easy.
Do you understand the flaw in your statement? Of how me saying your laziness is reason enough to not tailor the game to you, is reason enough to not lower the needed hours for Darkrai.
This will be my last response to you. My old father used to say: "You can't help someone that doesn't want to help themselves." That applies accordingly.

That probably explains the cluster of people moaning all at the same time.
All of which have contributed few hours to the game and probably even less in the way of donating.
Look, I myself have encountered some issues across the game and especially the Halloween event. If all you are bothered about is a measly 100 hour requirement for Darkrai (which has already been lowered to appeal to more players) then you're not exactly giving any feedback worth mentioning.
Some things in life aren't fair.
The game being tailored to you because you can't be bothered putting effort in, that isn't fair.
Everyone else has worked hard to get where they are here, 100 hours really isn't a lot.

It won't affect PRO in the future because out of everyone on the community (while I understand frustration at the limited time Pokemon) you're the only one threatening to quit that I've seen.
The community needs less of you anyway, so you leaving because of this might not necessarily be a bad thing.
You can bet that Darkrai will be available in future for those that have missed it during the Halloween event. That's something for another day.
For now: Darkrai is and probably will remain limited.

If you're whining about the 100 hour requirement for Darkrai, heaven forbid you learn that Genesect needs 1000 hours.
Also someone quoted me saying I said 100 hours was a fine requirement, I disageee. 100 hours is a FAIR requirement, please learn to read.
Maybe spend less time on the forums and more time accumulating those hours, threatening to quit isn't going to change anything.

I agree that the tasks in the Halloween event were mindlessly thought, while I appreciate the work of the developers and the time they spent on it: It was easily done and has very little actually to do there.
The spirits seemed to prolong an "event" that took less than half an hour to complete.
"Part 2" of Halloween was just a Darkrai and no further content, while I'm not moaning because of course, it's free. It has been a very underwhelming event indeed.

The 100 hours is absolutely rediculous. I have finished all of the previous requirements but my account only has 71 hours. I would litterally needs to spend all of my free time until the 5th just to get a pokemon I cant get again.... If it was a dex requirement I would have that too... Im trying to be efficient at the game and get a lot done in low hours and there is this (Apparently this word is censored, I didnt think it was that bad). I am tempted to leave my account at 71 hours forever. Like I'm not requesting to make the requirements easier. By all means add a dex requirement. I will pass it. The hour for a temporary event is ridiculous
With no disrespect to you, 100 hours really isn't a lot for people that don't play much.
Having to rush the Sinnoh content is more difficult for those that don't have the help. Hannah is quite difficult for casual players to beat.
The requirements for Darkrai are extremely fair and I don't think it needs to be lowered any more. Otherwise this account (not my main-with only 7 hours) could rush the regions and get a super strong legendary. Just no.
