Good evening, As of today, I tried to teach an Annihilape Drain Punch via the dedicated TM Tutor, but a message pops up and reads that it cannot learn the move. It seems that Drain Punch can be taught to Annihilape according to Smogon and others. Is this a bug or an intended feature ? Thanks in advance.

Yes but flare blitz is exclusive to growlithe so i Just replaced flamethrower by some eletrical fang. My arcanine is pretty useless without flare though :/

I leveled up my growlithe to level 45, making him learning flare blitz. Then i headed to celadon for the firestone, making my growlithe an arcanine. And here, flare blitz was replaced by flamethrower, which was the attack i erased to learn blitz. Just in case somebody else got stuck with the same issue, i hope it Will help him. Thanks, PandaZion
