    I was playing with pokemon since I was 6 with pokemon red and my last pokemon game is Alpha Sapphire :Crazy:

  4. 135690 Hi guys! My name is Bryan James. Bryan for short. I am 18 years old and I really love Pokémon. I was so happy that this game is created. It brings everyone an opportunity to play a new frontier of the game, and at the same time, to socialize with other people.

     

    I started playing Pokémon when I was grade three. Back then, I used to play cards with my playmates. Then I started playing Pokémon on console games. My first Pokémon game was Pokémon Sapphire version. I really love that game until now (especially Emerald Version). My friend advised me to play this game. Now, I'm really, really, really lovin' it :Heart-eyes:

    Just entered the Safari Zone EV Training Area and noticed after the NPCs say its only $5000 that they took anywhere between $5001-$10000, more than they are supposed to take.

    So yesterday when entering the Kanto Safari EV Training areas, I noticed that when I had an amount of Money between $5001-$10000+, up to $10000 was being taken from me. As the NPCs say, it should be only $5000 taken from me and not $5001-$10000. I am paying extra money that I shouldn't be. The only thing I can see happening is taking extra money for both areas? But clearly the NPCs state that it is $5000 and not $5001-$10000. I wasn't sure where to report this, and I'm sorry if this is in the wrong area, but I felt like I needed to say something about it.

     

    For little to no posts, I can't show the screenshots, but if a staff member needs the screenshot proof, I can provide it. I can message the proof to you.

    This is where the NPC says it is only $5000 to enter the EV training area. My current amount of money is $24,452. However after the next screenshot...

    Suddenly, I am at $14,452. That means he took $10000 away from me when it says $5000 right in the first screenshot. This means more money was taken away than it should've taken.

    Hey Zappeh, very sorry for the confusion you were having but the EV training in Safari does cost an extra $5000. If there is any questions you may further have PM me or make another thread if needed.

    We have talked to moderator Saitaeia in IRC chat. Who said that it's probably vpn-range ban and we should open a thread and ask Deathwing for help.

    Hi Staffmember,

     

    we, a group of Students (nicknmes: Tazeir, N4rf, Ziju, Illenhall, Bbluescreen, Prawl, Ortel123, Starlord1703, Miq2016, Max99) are trying to defeat our time by playing PRO. But today we all were facing a really strage problem. Some of us were playing PRO and were disconnected shortly after another. After trying to reconnect, we all were stated as banned from the server. In our account status we are not stated as banned.

     

    After asking for help in IRC we talked to Moderator Saitaeia who said that it's prolly a vpn-auto ban.

    Hello Illenhall, for this situation I recommended instead of posting here to make a ban appeal with the everything you explained to me so a staff can see it to fix asap. It being here in general support might make the time process delayed. Suggesting a thread move if possible.

  8. 137056 Sorry for putting this in the complaint area, but I didn't really know where else to go. I'm sure there's a simple answer for why I can't use the avatar function, but I can't seem to figure it out. Hopefully someone has a second to let me know. Thanks a bunch.

     

    Once you obtain the needed posts for an avatar you can use Gravatar which is a service that allows you to maintain the same avatar across multiple websites!

    This request usually is denied as they don't allow "resets" or "restarts" as everyone would do this until they got the "perfect" starter pokemon. If you'd like to start over the best I can suggest is create a new account or look into the game guide section to see where you can obtain the pokemon you want/need the most. :Angel:

  10. This is a currently known bug, an admin or staff should be able to fix this for you or you might need to re-capture the pokemon if staff aren't able to change the pokemons properties. If you have not tried to relog to fix this and see if your account might just need to resync with the servers try at least before contacting staff though. :Angel:

  11. This is an issue with your game client connecting with PRO's servers, you can download the maps directly to potentially fix this or restarting your pro client completely usually fixes as well even though that could cause placement in a queue again.
