is it actually this "cheap" with this nature and ivs ? i kinda expected it not to be as much as other shinies i saw but i feel like this sounds a little low to me^^ on another note, how am i able to tell wich tier each pokemon is ?

Im curious how much this one might be worth; depending on that i might sell it off. Thanks for the help in advance :P
