Hi i just failed the darkrai quest by saying "Yes" to the warning message into the dark realm , i wasn't paying attention and was spamming click so i don't have access to the castle anymore , i thought it was the only problem i had but no , i apprently lost a lot of items including all my tm's ,(only hm's are remaining) all my rare candies( i had hundreds of them if i remember right , i never sell it) , and maybe other items but i don't know. I hope we will receive some compensation for this bug , im not the only one in this situation apparently , i just returned into the game recently and that's a bit demoralizing to make me play again , i hope we will have more information soon.

Hello Devs and players, Recently while playing PRO, I, like many others, have been on the hunt for the special halloween forms. Though some people had the fortune of finding some themselves, I feel like it is unfair to others who simply don't have all day to play this game. I want to suggest the Devs to raise the spawn rate of Halloween forms for these last two weeks for some of the players who have already tried their best to hunt for forms to no avail. Also, just to make sure, the current spawn rate is 2% right? Thank you for considering. -
Good morning Staff. My problem is that, according to an official announcement in PRO, the previous season would last until 4 this month and users would be rewarded with 5%. Not sure if this is the place to put it, but here it is... I was just wondering how to make the perfect team for PVE. Not just for bosses, but also for events because my team is always destroyed during events... I was going to follow Reborn Bot's instructions that it pulled from Smogon but I was told in the Discord that it told false info since PRO uses it's own meta or something. So I just wanted to know if there is a way to see what nature, ability, moveset, etc is perfect for every Pokemon. I never was into getting the perfect team in official games because they never really posed a challenge no matter what Pokemon I used. That's why I'm asking here since PRO is much different and actually requires a tactical team in order to win. Any help on how to view the perfect ability, nature and moveset will be appreciated majorly. Thanks for taking your time to read and reply if you do...!

Hey, I am trying to play PRO on my android phone with my joy cons from the switch. The Y-axis of the analog stick seems to be inverted which is pretty annoying. It is not the controller/phone, in other games this is not happening but I guess you guys could easily fix that? :) Cheers

hello guys, i've been away from the game for some time now that i cameback i noticed that i kinda find it hard to read some texts in the game(for chat, pokemon names, menu list on left-bottom side, and pokemon stats ), tried different resolutions and user interface scalling, didn't do much about it. could you please help me out to fix it if there is a wayto do so? or revert back or implement a way to increase the text size ? thanks in advance

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3 times, my headset isn't broke nor is it muted. the sounds working fine on youtube but the game just doesnt have sound. my settings arent muted, they're all the way up. I just wanna have something to listen to :(

I saw on trade chat that someone wanted to buy dex service so I decided to go over to that person. When I got there, I assumed that I sell dex service by lending the pokemon to my client since that's how other people sold me dex service as well. The person immediately tried to cut my price of 1k each that we agreed on to .5k after I implemented the lending trade. This made me wonder, can I not use lending methods to sell dex service? Do I have to do a normal trade? This person was gonna take my pokemon had I not used lending trade. Someone pls specify on how lending trades work. Thanks...

While i was pvp-ing, my client crashed, and resulted in me losing points and not being able to play for ten mins as it says i "Disconnected" someone please look into it. I don't have video proof, but i do have some screenshots. I'm sorry i don't have the full video, it seems very unfair that my client crashed, and my opponent got a free win despite me having the upper hand.

Hello there, I have not played for a long time now and returned to check in on things. Last time I played was around late 2016. Hopefully this is the right outlet to ask a few questions and I apologize if it is not. First off, has there been a wipe/reset of my account? I noticed after logging in that I lost all my Pokemons and basically have to create a new character. Is there a way to get my old Pokemons back? Lastly what's the difference between the Silver and Gold servers? Thanks for the help in advance.

I encountered a ditto and then i got connection lost like 20 minutes i thurow a great ball but it didnt show up i knew i got connection lost again can staff give me a ditto here's the proof i trier to log in back again for 4 minutes Please hope i can get a ditto back
