Hi,at the moment i'm the guild leader of my guild because the ex guild leader promoted me from member to guild leader. When i got promoted the ex guild leader was member and i tried to promote someone at least to officer but it says that i can't promote this user any higher. I need an help because i need to promote someone to officer and also i need to re promote that guy guild leader.

I am 101040james. This guy (Killerarpit) started a conversation with me on Olivine City. He asked me for some pokes to beat the gym leader. I accepted it but I said I wanted some reward. He promised to give me lv.53 Scyther . After I lend my pokes to him , he kept ignoring me and didn’t do what he promised.I feel like I am a fool and my time is wasted by HIM.
