so i got the patch error and it said on a post to redownload it and when i did i get the unity error and know i can not run the game

Hi, as the title states, i accidently bought too much escape ropes from the shop npc. I was wondering if possible to get a refund. Below I have attached ss of my inventory showing the escape ropes and the price. If it is possible im fine with what is returned, whether that be the full 888 or have 800 returned, to be at my intended purchase. I have further purchased 15 to have in the meantime incase the full amount is refunded, to avoid any issues with not having enough escape ropes, so these extra 15 purchased after this post can be ignored. I have an old account (2018). My starter Pokémon, Charmander, doesn't know the Ember attack. It used to learn this at level 6 or 7. Since then, it has become a starter attack. Now I wanted to play and I see that my Charmander will never learn one of its most important starter attacks because of this. I need help with this. I would like to learn how to attack in some way, because it's difficult to get by without a fire attack.
