Hello, I had an idea for an event/service hosted by myself not sure if would be allowed so am checking here, I was wondering if a lottery type thing would be allowed with a cash jackpot up for grabs 5m+ potentially doubling weekly if no division 1 winner. If allowed all rules would be clearly stated and everything would be as clear as possible. Thank you for your time

Heya, im encountering this problem. well the fact is i have transferred to silver before from gold and vise versa, this has never happened to me before. i dont know if what i think is correct, but before if i had any blue or red accounts (before gold or silver existed) then i have to merge. But i never had any blue or red accounts to begin with. i never had this problem before for transferring, i saw this today

I cannot merge my account because the one on Blue is banned, what should I do now? I haven't created charater on Blue Server yet.
