Description and Message

When i try to interact whit npc or anything else in 2nd floor of Mt.Moon cave, my caracter get stuck. All around me is fine but my caracter is stuck until i restart the game. I dont know how to pass this part of the story because my caracter get stuck when i interect whith the relic(between me and TeamRocket) that I must give out of my way.
