Pokemon don't evolve when multiple evolving after one battle

So i caught bunch of pokemon to evolve. As they all need just 1 exp point to level up when they are freshly caught i thought i would go in a battle switch through them all to level them all up to the next lvl. In this case I caught 5 spinarak, went into a wild battle, switched through all of them, they all leveled up but only one prompt for evolution poped up so i clicked yes and that was it. No more prompts poped up. They were all lvl 50 spinaraks.
