Lightwaves Posted August 5, 2018 Share Posted August 5, 2018 The move "sketch" is a uncoded(not working at the moment) move, to my knowledge. However, you can teach a array of moves to your smeagle, via its event tutor, located in johto, ruins of alph (need to surf in union cave to get to NPC) Not sure is Baton Pass one of those event moves.
