Hello, Please ask your friend to try the following: - Refresh the page - Try clearing your browser cookies/cache - If that doesn't work, ask them to try activating their account with a different browser Let me know if your friend succeeds, Have a nice day! EDIT: If your friend still fails after following those steps, please let them know that there is currently an ongoing issue with activation mails.
