Hello dear, my witch hat and my air balloon disappeared, is it possible for you to do something about it? and is there any way to keep it from happening again?

I checked your inventory on both servers and saw that you've never owned a Witch Hat. As for the Air Balloon, are you sure you didn't consume it in a battle?
