Maybe what he meant is that the exp will be updated first before the fx on attack thus pre-empting or spoiling him from knowing whether his attack will land or miss, or whether it will kill the opponent pokemon or not. It's just a sequence bug if ever you consider it as a "bug."

Lo hay, y eso de la exp no es un problema para la jugabilidad del juego.
