To be honest, not sure what section this goes in. I've gotten the lift and card keys. I go to B4 floor (B4F) and try to unlock the big door with the card key, but it says I need to get the whereabouts of Eevee. What have you already tried to solve the problem? There is a guide if you google 'Pokemon Revolution Online Guide', that can show you with pictures as well. I can't link it due to being a new user. I'm using it. But...when I click the tanks or whatever, it says I need a password. Did you beat the guy that let you into the hideout? iirc you have to defeat him before you're allowed to rescue Eevee, other than that I'm not sure. I've beaten everyone I needed to I believe. I have not beaten Greg, however (the guy with all the Eeveelutions). I can check the pod that he's in front of, but all the rest say I need a password.
