To fight the veilstone gym leader you need 2 scrolls from the trainers. Somehow i have 3 scrolls and the guy dont let me fight the gym leader cause he says that i need -1 more

I have exactly the same problem...

Hi there and foremost, thank you for your report, and sorry for the inconvenience.

The issue has been forwarded to a Content Scripter and will be fixed once available to do so. The NPC is currently coded to only accept if you have two scrolls, however, it appears you've both gotten three of them.

Kwstasopro mentioned battling twice a single NPC, getting two scrolls from it. Do you recall something similar, Balouto?

Yes, I also battled one of the trainers twice (I think the one on the bottom right). After the first battle I think I tried to skip the dialoge too quickly or something like that, and then the battle started again...
