Just played a battle in which Ferrothorn used gyro ball, interuppting Floatzls Focus Punch, yet Rocky Helmet still proc'd for Ferrothorn, causing Floatzl to take extra damage.

Is this new? I don't know if I've encountered this before.

 

Edit: Floatzl was affected by "Leech Seed" at the time, and both pokes were buffeted by sandstorm.

not sure if either of those are contributing to the bug
