What have you done before the problem was there?

I was training my pokemon, then my friend asked if we could trade.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I talked to Bhardhis on PRO, and he told me that I needed to come here and make a post on the forums so a proper mod could handle this.

 

Description and Message

We met in Lavender town, and we proceeded to trade. I traded my Scyther so it could evolve into Scizor, and he traded me his haunter so it could evolve. My scizor was in my 6th slot. However, once the trade ended, on his side, he told me that the Scyther evolved, animation and everything. However, on my side, the haunter had vanished. Wasn't in my 6th slot of my party, wasn't the in PC, it disappeared. It didn't even have the evolution animation thing pop-up. It was a level 61 haunter holding black sludge, and I really feel bad that my pokemon evolved and his disappeared. I was wondering if you could get it back to him, or get it to me so I can trade it back. His user account name is Flarpo.
