Phantomwolf07 Posted August 16, 2018 Share Posted August 16, 2018 in the attached video you see wild charge being used its not just on seel also happened with psyduck i dont know if its just pikachu's wild charge or it happens with any pokemon using wild charge i do know that recoil shouldnt be twice i have leftovers as you see on pikachu as well to kinda not lose so much hp while using it.
