I know you can't be truly competitive but at least to start playing and build some experience with the Pvp. Bonus if the pokemons can be used in better teams. Im thinking for example in Pelipper, machamp, tentacruel, poliwrath, kingdra and azumarill. Its just and example...i chose them because they are so easy to find. Good luck and have a nice day!
