What have you done before the problem was there?

I was sitting in Vermilion City, trying to sell some rare candies. A user named Alixx7 offers to buy 2 rare candies 19k. We agree, and he comes to Vermilion. My game starts to lag a bit, but we eventually finish the trade. I lose my Weedle and Magikarp both holding Rare Candies, then I get $19k.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Swapping the positions of the Weedle and Magikarp, asking on Help chat, checking my inventory and PC to see if I made a mistake.

Description and Message

A few minutes after we did the trade, I appeared to have the Weedle and the Magikarp back. After trying to drag them into different slots in my party, the system told me that there was no Pokemon in each slot, and then they both disappeared, along with the $19k.

 

TL;DR: Traded 2 Rare Candies, got $19k, looked like they were back, lost them again, but didn't get back the money.

After spending some money at a PokeMart, my money updated. Problem solved.
