Nekusen Posted August 26, 2018 Share Posted August 26, 2018 I used this move with a Shuckle against a Machamp (lvl 120), then i noticed both pokemon were dealing the same damage as before. I tried the move of different pokemon and in no case damage is reduced or increased.
