Hello every1, i just got a few battle with trace gardevoir, and got out speed. Here some the scenarios

1st Battle: my heliosilk die to a swift swim seismitoad and i send gardevoir out, garde got out speed by toad(idk if the toad scarf or not)

2nd battle: i let my heliosilk die to victreebell(life orb) in sunny, i sent scarfed trace gardevoir out, still got out speed.

I just wanna know is trace no longer working or not
