- wild Togepi on Love Island and Route 34 have a chance to hold it

- reward for defeating Pumpkin King

- chance to drop in Wondrous Site(Hoenn Excavations)

- one-time purchase in Kanto Safari(20,000 Pokedollars)

- purchasable in PvP Shops for 5 PvP coins
