As stated, I can use the move Rock Smash in the field with only the Boulder and Cascade badges, despite being told I need the Marsh Badge.

Hi there and thank you for your report.

This is only fixable by a Developer, and will have a low priority in the list of things to do, as Rock Smash isn't even necessary to progress in Kanto.

You also got the TM a little bit earlier than you would have otherwise, due to selecting the server you had no progress on as main, during the merge, thus kept your inventory but restarted the story.

 

I will leave it open anyway until it gets fixed -if it does-, and with this being said, I wish you to have a great week :)
