If you have realeased your pokemon by accident you are free to make a post on the Restore Megathread with the correct template and a screenshot of the ID in the Chat (the one you posted here is fine)

Your Breloom has been restored and is now at the last slot of your PC Storage; please have a check.

 

In the future, as [uSER=1837673]@Heiwajima[/uSER] stated, please use the appropriate Pokemon Restore Request Megathread so all similar requests are packed together, which helps dealing with them on a timely manner.

I would also like to state that the ID helps, but any accurate information about the deleted Pokémon is enough.
