Questions about the meta

Hi :)

 

I'm a new player and I want to make my team for ranked battle, but before that, I want to know the actual meta of PRO, the team are balanced, stall or hyper offence and what pokemons are the more used in battle.

I'm also looking for a guild who van teach me some subtilities about pro strategy. (I'm french and i'm on the gold serveur)
