Hey there!

 

This is not possible, but you can ask a player from the opposing server if they want to trade the same amount of money, for example. If you want to trade your money or Pokemon from the Silver to the Gold server, please make a post in the Trade Zone saying that you want to trade Silver money/Pokemon to Gold server or vice versa if you play on the Gold server. Furthermore, feel free to make a post on the Official PRO discord in either #trades-and-prices-silver or #trades-and-prices-gold, depending on the server you are playing on.

No, you would have to do that yourself. Both players need to have at least 4 Kanto badges on the server the trade will be in in order to trade, or access to Johto/Hoenn/Sinnoh if you are trading Pokemon from the respectful region. Make sure to screenshot every trade related conversation you have with your partner, in order to make a proper report in the Report Center if you are worried about getting scammed.
