Description and Message

I have membership and i've been trying to find Ralt on Route 34. I dunno why for some reason, for the last 4 days, I haven't seen a SINGLE Ralt at all. I'm getting really frustrated, I've been doing nothing in game but roaming on Route 34 every time I log-in. Membership icon does show up in game, but I'm wondering is it working properly? I mean Ralt is really rare but... not a single one for 4 days, just how rare is it??? I'm not making this up at all.
