Sorry for the inconvenience that was caused. You can challenge the Nikola Boss, which is located in Unknown Place in Trainers Valley. Keep in mind that you need to have the subway system accessed and the Red Boss beaten in order to get there. If you are able to beat him, you will be able to capture Genesect.
