Can't move around the Natu in my Party?

Around the time I was leaving Union Cave I noticed a very strange bug - I was attempting to move my Natu to the front of my party to level it up a bit when I found I couldn't move it in the slightest. I tried to move around my other party members and found that it worked perfectly fine. Next, because I was right next to Azalea Town, I tried healing my party in the Pokemon Center to see if that was the issue, to no avail. Then I attempted to switch it into the PC - that didn't work either, but I was able to put my other party members into the PC and so made Natu first that way. The last thing I tried was battling, and if that worked I wouldn't be making this forum post. Any ideas as to what the problem is?

Hi there @GrimThoughts

 

That Natu is native to the Kanto Region, which means that you shouldn't be able to use it if you haven't beaten Johto yet.

To resolve this bug, I've moved the Natu to your PC, which means it'll be locked until you beat the Blackthorn Gym.
