I encountered this bug, which may be reproduceable with the lag we had today :

I was switching my first pokemon from blastoise to nidoqueen, when an encounter happened. I had blastoise in battle, but with nidoqueen's abilities displayed. After attacking, it was still blastoise's attacks that were used, so it is only a battle window display bug :
