I have bought the magikarp the men of mt moon

I have evolved at level 20 to gyarados but he has not learned me bite.

Help.

Hi there

 

The move Bite, is a move learned by Gyarados at level 1, not a level 20. You can get Bite on Gyarados, when you catch one below level 21.

As you evolved your Magikarp, you will have to use the Move Relearner in Cerulean City to re-learn Bite.
