Nebulas Posted September 18, 2018 Share Posted September 18, 2018 Hi there The move Bite, is a move learned by Gyarados at level 1, not a level 20. You can get Bite on Gyarados, when you catch one below level 21. As you evolved your Magikarp, you will have to use the Move Relearner in Cerulean City to re-learn Bite.
