Wow, for a moderator you do a pretty bad job. Instead of ASSUMING something, you should've taken the time to actually read what I wrote. I never claimed to have ZERO masterballs in my bag. I even wrote I had to BUY AN EXTRA MASTERBALL to catch Entei. To top it off I said TWO, not one masterball.

 

The current masterball in my inventory is from the bug catching contest. I won it by winning said contest this morning. EXCUSE ME for playing and not waiting for an answer.

 

Instead of locking the thread, you could've at least given me time to respond.

 

I got my items back from heatran quest and pinkan island. Also I DID NOT FORGET how many masterballs I had, because the last time I played I bought my last masterball from the PVP MASTER in case I found a clone pokemon. So I'm 100 procent certain I had two masterballs in my inventory. I DO NOT share my account. nor did I play during some bag glitch I never heard about. I always log off when the system warns me about a server reboot or whatever the reason may be.

 

Shouldn't you be able to see if items went missing, or are being hold by an NPC?

I did read: you said both your masterballs were missing, so you bought one more to catch Entei. So supposedly had none left, since "both missing" means you had two and two are gone, and your newer, third one, got used to catch Entei.

Today I logged in and wanted to catch Entei just to notice both my masterballs were gone. Anyway to get them back? The rest of my pokeballs are still in my inventory. I had to buy an extra masterball today which I used on Entei.

As I've told you precedently, there are only two ways to get your masterballs taken by the game, none is your case, and I do know that because, yes, we are able to see if a NPC is holding them, and I did check before replying, and none of these NPCs are holding your masterballs nor anything else.

There are only two ways to temporarily get your master balls taken: Heatran's quest, and Pinkan Island's quest.

In both quests, you obviously get them back at the end. You finished both quests, as state the fact that you got your rare candies back too from Heatran's quest, and all your other balls from Pinkan Island's.

I've locked it because, as I've previously stated, we unfortunately cannot assist you further.

Items don't randomly disappear, we don't have evidence backing up your claim, and masterballs are neither tradeable nor holdable, so, there is only a couple other possible explanations:

• Either you didn't remember how many you had last time you played, as it was months ago, or:
  
• You used one during a bag freeze issue, which could be avoided by waiting when your client freezes instead of clicking.
  

 

I'm sorry for your inconvenience, however, we can't assist you further in your case.

As you already know, you can get masterballs from the Bug Catching Contest, or PVP Shop.

There are other possibilities as listed on the Item Guide, like exclusive events rewards, Boss reward from PC Boss, Solaceon Daily Quest once every sixth day streak, and as possible '10 Item' Tier 4 Item Recycler outcome.
