Baton Pass dont works correct and need to banable for PVP until fix

When u use a choice items like Scarf, Band or Specs u can always use Baton Pass.

 

As example u can play Ninjask with Choiceband and use Protect. And after this u can use Baton Pass. U can use always after every Move Baton Pass.

 

I think people abuse this bug in PVP. And u cant prove that he wear a choice Item.

 

With this reason pls banable Batonpass until fix.
