What have you done before the problem was there?

I fought her but I lost for the first time so I go around to train my pokemon for about a week. Then I came back to fight her but she kept telling me that I defeated her. I had checked my badges and it don't have 6th badge.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

Log out and log in again
