I dont have screenshots to prove it, but I got into a pvp match with my scarfed slaking and used ice punch, then i switched at the turn which i was supposed to be loafing around, and the poke that i switched into fainted due to stealth rocks, then I swapped my slaking back in, and it kept the truant effect where it loafs around, even after it was supposed to reset. I unfortunately do not have a video/screenshots to back up my claims because I was running thin on time and also have no way to record battles for the time being.
