I was afk for about 3-5 minutes then i came back and it says 1500/1800 (locked)

That's not a bug lmao. There are a lot of threads like this :confused:

Sometimes the server gets locked because it will reboot in some minutes and they don't want any more user to join in. That's all.

When the server is locked, it means that is about to restart, so you are prevented from login.
