What have you done before the problem was there?

I just finished fightting Blue at the Kanto Elite 4, when the game went down. The message said "8 minutes for the server to reboot", but it went off after 3 minutes max. When i loged back in, I was in front of Blue, I talked to him and he teleported me outside. I thought that I had Johto unlocked but nope, seems like the game didn't counted my win.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I tried to get back into the e4 again, but i need to wait for another day. I've trained all day today in order to pass e4 and unlock Johto (100 gyarados, 92 gengar).

Probably have to wait 24 hours to redo the elite four.

No way, that's not fair at all. I defeated him, why would I need to wait 24 hours to do it again? I would like my win to be take into consideration, or else, been able to fight them again today, without having to wait 24 hours.
